SUMMER SHOOTOUT
Qualify during any regular play day June 28 through July 26
Shootout Finals – Saturday July 27 at 5PM


No need to register in advance for this event - simply let the golf shop know that you would like to sign up before your first qualifying round in June/July and turn in a scorecard following your round. 

ENTRY FEE: $25 entry fee per division (one time payment)
*If entering both divisions, entry fee will be $50 total
*All the money collected will be put into pot and paid out during the shootout
 

 

FORMAT:
Gross & Net Division.  Players may qualify in both divisions but may only participate in one (1) of the shootout finals

The 10 lowest Gross & Net scores posted over the entire month will be eligible to participate in a 9 Hole shootout with one (1) player eliminated each hole

 

ELIGIBILITY:
There is no limit to the number of MGA members that wish to participate and is open to all PCC Golf Member Classifications.  Players may attempt to qualify at anytime with another member that can attest to the participating players’ score.

There is no limit to the amount of times you can qualify

 

TEE MARKERS:
Players qualifying for the Gross shootout must play the Blue Tee Markers.  For those qualifying for the Net shootout, you may play from the tee you most often play from

 

TIE-BREAKER:
Ties for the top 10 will be broken by a scorecard playoff using
(1) low back nine score, (2) holes 13 thru 18, (3) holes 16 thru 18, (4) hole 18, 17, 16, and so on…

 

SHOOTOUT:
The top 10 shootout for both Gross & Net will take place in the evening on Saturday, July 28th (start approximately 5:00pm)

PLAYER OF THE YEAR POINTS:
Player of the Year points to the Top 10 in each division.  See the MGA Members Handbook for details on point allocation.
